How It Works
Sending your stitched canvas is simple. Follow these steps and I'll take care of the rest — from finishing to your front door.

Find & Print Your Form
Each finishing type has its own order form — ornaments, bag charms, door hangers, and acrylic inserts each have specific details I need to do the job right. Locate the form for the finishing you want, print it out, and fill it in completely.
Forms are available on this site. Be sure to include your canvas details, any special requests, and your return shipping information.

Send Your Piece
Package your stitched canvas carefully and mail it — along with your completed form — to the address listed on the form. I recommend using a padded envelope or small box and a trackable shipping method.
Please do not fold or roll your canvas. Place it in a sealed ziplock bag to ensure that no water is able to get to the canvas.

I Get to Work
Once your piece arrives, I'll begin finishing it with care and attention to detail. Lead times are posted on the front page of the website.
Turnaround times vary by finishing type and current order volume. A current lead time will be posted on the homepage of this website. You can also check my instagram for updates!

Payment Is Requested
When your piece is finished, I'll send you an email with a payment request if payment was not sent with the piece. Payment is due before your piece is shipped back to you.
I accept payment via Venmo, PayPal, and check. Pricing varies by finishing type — please refer to the relevant order form for current rates.

Your Piece Ships Home
Once payment is received, your beautifully finished piece is carefully packaged and shipped back to you. Sit back and look forward to the mail!
Return shipping is included in the finishing price. You'll receive tracking information once your piece is on its way.
A note on turnaround times
I finish every piece by hand, with care. During busy seasons — especially the holidays — turnaround times may be longer. I'll always communicate clearly about timing when your piece arrives.
